Everything was perfect, had a very relaxing stay. The staff was accommodating with good services.

Brilliant base for discovering Playa del Carmen with competent staff in service for 5 years according to staff. Savoury buffet breakfast - amazing selection.

It was clean and brand-new place, had very good staff and food. The room met expectations, luxurious with couch. The restaurant was great and the food was excellent. We recommend this hotel, no complaints - we felt very special.

Unbeatable location, fairly clean venue, pleasant staff. Bright rooms, particularly nice view. Buffet breakfast was tasty and above average.

I loved rooms and food - they were lovely. The bedroom was spacious. Proximity to the airport, just 0.5 km. There was an amazing pool on site too. There were fast internet and paid parking available.

The decor of the romantic room was modern and it was air conditioned too. The staff - mostly pleasant, and were more than helpful.

Handy location, very supportive staff, lots of food for the boxed breakfast. The room was silent & nicely decorated, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It had gorgeous view, I loved watching river. Adjacent to the beach that was sandy...

Well-kept rooms, very responsive staff. Perfect view of ocean. Fantastic service during our best stay. Furthermore, parking onsite was a bonus. We enjoyed this attractive hotel and its beachfront location.

Hotel was well-maintained, we had a very relaxing time and would stay here again. Spectacular location and tidy place, we enjoyed brilliant staff. The room was non-smoking and elegant, but best of all was marina view. Lots of splendid food at breakfast time;))

Property is MODERN LOOKING, great pool, new-fashioned rooms. All in all it's tidy place, they have spacious beds.

The hotel is deluxe and has nice views and staff. Deluxe junior suite included a coffeemaker, a sitting area and an ironing set. As picky eaters we loved to be close to a wide array of restaurants, went to Rockas Jamaican Kitchen couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away...

This hotel was decent base for exploring Playa del Carmen, liked it. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Besides, we parked the car on site.

pool view was worthy. just a 10-minute stroll to the center.

would definitely go again, it's a quiet place. we truly enjoyed staff and location, everything necessary for trip was provided. exceptional restaurant in hotel.
